Who can participate in The 2025 Global Partnership Forum 2025?

Answer: While invitations are sent to UNY’s partners, representatives or leaders of educational institutes,universities, small enterprises or corporates, government and non-government bodies, and organization from both Indonesia and overseas are welcome to participate.

Where can I register for the Forum? Is there any registration fee?

Answer: You can register for the Forum in https://gloship.uny.ac.id/. There is no registration fee. Additional fees are incurred for Networking Dinner and City Tour, which are optional and based on registration, only in https://gloship.uny.ac.id/.

Is there on-site registration?

Answer: No, there is NO on-site registration.

What should we do when registering?

Answer: Create an account to register and complete a partnership form, to which a video profile must be uploaded. Evidence of payment for networking dinner and city tour must also be uploaded for those registering to join the activities.

Is there a virtual scheme for the event?

Are flights and accommodation covered for guests?

Answer: No, guest participants will have to cover their own flights and accommodation.

What is the closest international airport to the Forum venue?

Answer:The closest international airport to the Forum venue is Yogyakarta International Airport. An airport train shuttle is available. The schedule can be accessed here:
https://www.railink.co.id/schedule. The tickets can be purchased on site in the airport, or online using an app, KAI Access.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter for visa requirements?

Answer: Yes, we can provide an invitation letter for the participants who need it.
